What data is collected
Data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, and the content of your message when you use the contact form or write by email or phone. Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time of visit, gathered by the hosting provider for security and statistical purposes.
Why it is used
To reply to your enquiries about acting, coaching, workshops and inclusion projects; to fulfil pre-contractual and contractual obligations; to keep the site secure and functioning; to comply with legal obligations. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send a message (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), the performance of a contract or of steps prior to it (Art. 6.1.b), the legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6.1.f) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
Retention and sharing
Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for any subsequent working relationship, then deleted. Data is never sold. It may be processed by service providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, form delivery), bound by contract and, where relevant, by standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.
Your rights
